Eco-Friendly Material Sourcing
We carefully source clean, high-grade recyclable PVC scraps and materials from reliable domestic suppliers. Every incoming batch is rigorously graded, inspected, and thoroughly cleaned of any foreign materials.
Precise Recipe Compounding
Our expert compounders carefully weigh plasticizers, fillers, and stabilizers with high-precision instruments to match precise customer specifications before blending them to ensure a highly homogenous dry mix.
Single-Screw Extrusion
The dry mix is fed into custom-engineered single-screw extruders. The material is carefully melted and homogenized under strictly monitored temperature profiles to ensure uniform density and compounding.
Granulation & Cooling
The molten polymer is extruded through a die head, cut into uniform granules, and immediately cooled using air or water cooling systems depending on the compound type.
Delivery & Performance Validation
We validate compounding quality and physical parameters. Every batch is subjected to strict processing trials directly at client sites or partner facilities to ensure flawless real-world extrusion.
Careful Packaging & Dispatch
Compounded granules are carefully inspected, precisely measured and weighed, and packed into moisture-proof woven bags. They are securely dispatched via our domestic network for safe transit across all regions of India.
