1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Shiv Shakti Plastics, operating under the brand name Shiv Shakti Polymers, concerning your supply agreements, bulk purchases, technical formulation trials, and website usage. By accessing the site or placing purchase orders, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Supply and Specifications

We manufacture reprocessed PVC compounds tailored specifically to client-indicated density, hardness, tensile strength, and color specifications.

• Formulation Trials: We strongly advise buyers to request sample trials for extrusion or injection molding machine testing before final bulk manufacture.
• Meticulous Packaging Weight: All our materials are meticulously weighed and packed to match standard commercial trade tolerances of up to ±0.5% recognized in industrial plastic raw material supplies.
• Reprocessed Compounds: As manufacturers of premium reprocessed PVC, minor color or structural variations typical of high-quality recycled feedstock can exist between batches.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices quoted for reprocessed PVC compounds are subject to tax regulations in India (including GST, as applicable) and freight/delivery charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Quotes are provided based on immediate chemical raw feedstock rates and are valid strictly for the duration specified in our formal price quotation.
• Payment schedules (such as advance deposits, credit limits, or immediate bank transfers) are settled individually through written commercial agreements or formal sales contracts.

4. Delivery, Shipping, and Logistics

We arrange nationwide dispatch of PVC granules across India directly to your factory or production sites through our trusted local transport partners.

• We will not be held liable for delivery delays or transit damages caused by logistics companies, weather patterns, labor disputes, or force majeure events.
• Receivers must inspect the condition and quantities of bags at the time of delivery before unloading and signing the Lorry Receipt (LR) copy.

5. Quality Testing and Liability

While we run rigorous batch scaling and technical quality screening, we do not operate an in-house lab. Testing and technical validation of compounds are completed on-site where we deliver or through authorized, third-party chemical testing centers.

Our legal liability for any manufacturing defects or batch mismatches is strictly capped at the replacement value of the compound batch or a mutual credit note adjustability. We are not liable for secondary machinery damage, downtime costs, or product recall expenses incurred by your manufacturing facility.
